Just beat the game, ending wasn't as bad as you /v/irgin's were making it out to be. VLR still best though.
Also, the scenerio for ZTD doesn't make sense, how couldphi and delta be born, if delta is the whole reason the experiment takes place and forces Sigma and Diana into making twins, if Delta couldn't of existed in the first place to make Sigma and Diana meet under those circumstances a first time.

The answer to your question isthe bootstrap paradox
That, andonce they got sent back in the transporter once, they would have been in lots of timelines.
Ending was pretty eh, but the main reason im upset is all the questions they left hanging from VLR
>>345161902
Have you played 999? It's the same shit.
>>345162190
One thing bugs more than anything about ZTD, which isI thought the purpose of Young Sigma changing bodies with his older self is so he could experience the AB games and learn to SHIFT himself, and then return to his original timeline and try to fix the future. Instead, we just got Old Sigma taking the spotlight, and doing everything that Young Sigma was supposed to do. Kind of felt weird having Old Sigma and Diana being in that relationship.
Why aren't there games about revolution and freedom that was set in the past?

To make it vidya related, when we went to DC after NYC my cousins let me keep their copy of MM Kart Racing. I actually beat that thing just to be able to say I did.

Reminder that modern Shining is nothing but a shallow parody of proper Shining games and should be outright rejected for daring to be low effort otaku pandering game with shitty designs and a shittier artist.
> Sega
> doesn't localize Shining Blade
> doesn't localize Shining Arc
> doesn't localize Shining Heart
> doesn't localize Shining Resonance
> localize a spin off with characters from games they never localized
How the fuck do you expect to build enough fans for a series by localizing a spin off when nobody has ever played the games where the characters are...

Tony's art is better than the older generic design.

This will tank in the PC and they will see it as a failure. NO MORE PORTS FOR THE WEST.
MMBN thread. I'm about to marathon all the games. Tell me what versions to play and how to build my deck. Especially for 1 and 2, I don't know much about either of those even though I've wore out the rest.
The chips all have letter codes. You want to make sure your whole deck only has 1 or two unique letter codes, so you can make those sweet combos in combat.
as for which versions to play, don't listen to any fags here. Pick the one that looks coolest.Except 3. Make sure you play 3 Blue Version
>>345160975
I know how codes work I've played 3-6 plenty of times. I was just wondering what codes/combos were good in 1/2 because I've only played 2 once and never finished 1.
BN1 is painfully, horrifically broken. Gutshoot (Guard, Dash Attack, Gutsman) does 500 fucking damage, and most enemies kind of suck ass. You can access the depths of the undernet very early in the game to trivialize the shit out of it.
Abuse save states for Elecman's event. It's by far the WORST event in MMBN history.
BN2 you want to avoid abusing Gater at all costs, it's far too broken (Wind, Fan, Gateman). I suggest experimenting with Lifesword PAs and abusing AquaStyle's broken ass charged shot. Fire attacks and grass stage are GOAT.
You will never play Snake Eater in the glorious FOX Engine.

I stopped caring after double agent.

I've only played Chaos Theory, I love it but I can't be arsed to play the other games in the series for some reason, never much of a stealth fan.
As for Turkey, who the fuck is winning?

I don't know who that pod person is but if you're talking about Sam Fisher he retired after preventing a Japanese admiral from committing a military coup.

Lots of classics age like wine. This is not one of those. Great game if you can get into it but don't be surprised if it's not for you.
I'm about to atone for a vidya sin of mine, I'm about to play a Donkey Kong game (never did it before)
Should I start on Donkey Kong Country on the SNES?
I've heard it is the best place to start, is this true?
Yes, play it.
>>345160385
>Is the first game a good place to start?
What the fuck do you think?
>>345160385
Yes, play DKC1-3 first. I would also say try the original Donkey Kong & Donkey Kong Jr. arcade games later, if not definitely play Donkey Kong '94 for the Game Boy whenever you can (though I guess those are technically Mario games). After DKC1-3 though try the Donkey Kong Land series and definitely play Donkey Kong Country Returns & Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, they're great. If you're into collectathons you could try Donkey Kong 64, it's a really overwhelming game in my opinion though...

why can't we have a thread about comfiest people regard game rooms?

We do, they're called battlestation threads.
Haven't seen a Subnautica thread in a while, y'all still playin? Whatchu buildin, where you explorin, what are you running from?
Finally got around to building the Cyclops. Gonna fit it up with tons of storage and resources so I can start going around and building bases far away, something I held off doing until I had everything I needed to make it a snap. Gonna plop a base right on the Sea Treader stomping grounds, shit is gonna be cash.
My little sub can only go 300 meters deep, and I made my base right next to a Reaper.
What do I do.
>>345160406
Make a bigger sub to put your little sub in.
>>345160406
Move your base, unless you like living dangerously. Alternatively, get a pressure compensator.

Do you guys still hold any hope that Half-Life might continue in any way?
I look at games like FFXV or The Last Guardian, games that were promised when the last gen was getting started and are just now coming out, and it just feels like too little too late. What might have been novel back in 2006 is done to fucking death in 2016.
Half-Life also felt like one of those last vanguards of older, more sophisticated shooter sentiments, especially in a generation so obsessed with glorified cutscenes where things explode, crash or fall down and you press forward + jump...

Honestly it's been so long I wouldn't even be excited if they announced a sequel. The novelty of the game has long worn off for me.

no. everyone gave up years ago. whatever tiny shred of hope there was evaporated after laidlaw left valve.
