Trauma patients are out of bed at my institution between 24 and 48 hours of surgery. Do they run? Of course not. But I bet they could if I ran after them threatening to kill them.

It depends entirely on the vasculature. So if she lacerated, say, the gastric artery or a renal artery, she would have died within minutes of the original attack. It's certain (from what we've seen) that no major artery was cut. I suspect her liver was lacerated (and would give some explanation for the oozing dark blood)

Wound closure doesn't save anyone's life because it stops bleeding. Wound closure is to prevent infection of the wound, and, more importantly, infection of the peritoneal cavity where an infection would be catastrophic.
Stitches ripping out would cause some bleeding, but hers wasn't "excessive" by any means.

Ever seen wound dehiscience? It's a little less bloody than this episode's example, but it's certainly bloody.
I'm entirely right, it's 100% possible. I'm not arguing that getting stabbed in the gut like that is LIKELY to not cause significant mortality concerns. But regarding the story telling? I completely agree. The Arya faceless men arc was handled poorly.
