I've been getting this question on and off for a few years now, so let me explain briefly. The reason that it is called The Real Whovians Cast as opposed to The Whovians Cast is for two main reasons. First it is to establish its authenticity. Matrixlord has to be one of the most knowledgeable people around when it comes to Doctor Who. To all those that know him (ie. not trolls on the internet just looking to spread hatred and lies) they know he is a true fan of the show; a passion and admiration driven by his own success as a poet.
Secondly, it is to distinguish himself from another group of haters on the internet called The Whovians. These people are known pedophiles, crooks, criminals, prols and misogynists. Matrixlord did not want to have anything to do with these people. I hope that answers your questions.

Only for him, what about the whole 2 BILLION YEARS thing. He doesn't get teleported back in time inside the confession dial castle, the teleport basically clones him. He works out what to do and what's happening by seeing the word 'bird' every time, and that's why he starts telling the Brothers Grimm story. Though how he knew exactly where to pick up and leave of the story with each iteration I don't know, but it's cool because it was fucking beautiful.
I haven't been here in like a month and I just caught up on the last 4 episodes (up to Face the Raven). All I can say is... damn.
