I have one last paper due for a film class, and it's not particularly long or difficult, but I can't think of a good movie to use. It's gotta be something where like the camerawork or the lighting or the colors or something along those lines are is/are used to help portray a city in a particular way. I figured if anyone had any good examples, it would be you guys.
Creed was a good recent one. Rocky too probably. Taxi Driver would be perfect. Blade Runner if a future city counts. Anything with the neon colour scheme would work. Ocean's 11. Any war movie set in a third world shithole is good. Any third world movie like City of God works too.

Fassbender is too much of a reddit trendy meme actor. It would be seriously cringeworthy if they cast him as bond. It's like when you have casting threads on /tv/ and everyone spams the latest flavor of the month reddit meme man like Tom Hardy, Gyllenhaal, Oscar Isaac, Mads Mikkselson etc.
Of course on one level I'll be happy if whoever they cast is white, but fassbender may as well be benedict cumberbatch in terms of reddit memeiness.
