Literally the worst scene in all of capeshit
See this is the problem. Folks like OP have no understanding of comic book characters and thus we have shit like this thread. Batman is a psycho authoritarian autist who dresses up like a BAT at NIGHT and beats the living shit out of criminals because he was traumatized by his parents getting got. He is a genius violent man-child who spergs out at the slightest reference to his parents because thats his character. Its why he does what he does. Therefore, it makes sense for Bruce to lose his shit when someone mentions his MOTHERS NAME. There are moments like this in the comics...

Why is everything about this show so perfect other than the writing.
Everything just feels amazing when I watch this, but then it just gets dragged down by weird dialogue and contrived plots.
I'm about to finish the second season and I want to love this show, and I am recommending it to everyone but sometimes it's just so disappointing.
That being said is there any show with a better soundtrack than this, cause I doubt it.

Contrived plots, maybe
I thought the dialogue was fine, sometimes great. The stilted bits sound more historical-stilted than like poor writing
>>71704197
Do you mean plot points in season 2?
I watched s1 a while ago and remember really enjoying it. Haven't got around to the second season.
The Knick went full cuckold in season 1. Haven't watched it since the gary stu nigger fucking the coalburner richman's whore of a daughter

>Where were you when DCucks got BTFO..... again?
why are blacks such based movie critics?
I said this in another thread but I'll expand on it here.
Ultimate cut made this film bearable.
>Jesse Eisenberg's performance is still garbage and Lex's plan is still garbage. I played a game in which I had Lex from Smallville deliver his lines and it felt so much better.
>Superman's writing is still shit. He could have saved his mother in 5 minutes.
If they wanted to do a DKR movie they should have just done one and made it an Elseworlds title. It was so stupid to make...

Boredwalk empire?
It goes downhill after Jimmy dies
It peaked in season one. I advise you to stop watching and cherish what you have alreday seen.

They are actually fucking up the animated universe too, for quite some time now

Ok HOLD UP. If Alan and Sarah go back to 1969 when they beat Jumanji, did Sarah warn the world about all the horrible things that happen between 1969 and 1995? They prevent Judy and Peter's parent's deaths, so surely the prevented things like the 1993 WTC bombing?
>>71647640
Maybe they didn't happen in the Jumanji Timeline, and by going back and changing things they actually caused them to happen.
Alan grew up to become John Hinckly Jr.
He failed in his quest
>>71647640
those things never happened in their universe obviously.
What went wrong?

No trolling, but how do you people watch this show? The writing is childlike. Plotlines tread water for years and are dropped for no reason. Shock deaths and bad guy catharsis are a staple of the show because the writing isnt engaging on its own. the cinematography is nonexistent, nothing but green screen and tiny cheap sets. All interesting events and characters are glossed over or cut out in exchange for scenes of people chatting about those same events in cheap dimly lit sets despite the budget. the pandering...

You can hate on Tarantino, but the cinematography, score, and several of the performances make this at least a 8/10

>A single mom who's working two jobs, and still finds time to take her kid to soccer practice, that's a miracle. A teenager who says no to drugs and yes to an education, that's a miracle. People want Me to do everything for them, but what they don't realize is, they have the power.
You have literally 10 seconds to find a more influential dialog.

How does he reconcile the children born in really poor, shitty places like Africa? He probably should help them out.
