I have to make a Web series for the SAG after program, and I am trying to brain storm some ideas.
the thing is though I want something the internet would like, would need only 5 or less actors needed and film locations that would work in LA.
So I need some ideas for a story that would be an adventure comedy.
So far I got a paleontologist that's forced into an Indiana Jones role, because people keep confusing what the MC actually does.
I would like more ideas though because I'm not fully loving this idea.

So you got mer-people as an analog for beach bums in Venice, snake people inhabit the valley, centaurs are hipsters in silverlake, fairies in west Hollywood (change Fairfax to Fairyfax), Vampires and werewolves are the night life of downtown and Hollywood, bakemono in Westwood, and regular humans gotta live alongside them and the joke is the humans are worse people than the monsters and that becomes evident from their interactions.
