When /tv/ realizes that LOTR is only considered great because it came first, both the movies and the books. It's a simple story with simple characters with simple motivations told well in both cases, but it's not much beyond that.

To add, warcraft isn't great. It is to fantasy what star wars is to sci fi- a ridiculous amalgamation of stolen plot elements designed to be fun above all else. I have hopes for the movie purely because of the director.

I watch everything at 2.5x speed with subtitles generally. Honestly, the sound isn't that important and you can generally hear everything.
Does anyone know of a filter or something to lower the pitch, it gets fucked up at 2.5x. and subtitles slow me down.
