What the fuck?
This wasn't even bad.
It was actually a fun summer action movie.
Yet another case of everyone humping the bandwagon.
>>70122561
the movie was called 'godzilla' and there was no godzilla to be found. should've called it 'attack of the giant lizard' and everybody would've been fine.
>>70122561
It was total and complete fucking garbage.
>>70122561
Everyone whined because "NOT MUH ZILLA!" since they think Godzilla should be a fat guy in a Halloween costume.
Watched this recently.
Pretty comfy imho desu senpaitachi.
Your opinions?
>>70122548
Can you expand "comfy" into something that resembles an actual opinion that can be responded to?
>>70122621
it's comfortable to watch.
>>70122548
Yea I really like it, but I am not completely through with watching it.
It gives me some kind of melanchonic feels, because it let's me remember that I missed out on quite some fun and fucked up shit in my youth.
>can take a tank shell with only paint scratches
>slam in the ground at 400mph with absolutely no damage
>can survive an exploding arc reactor
>defeated by a retard with a frisbee
>>70122437
>funny how that happens, isn't it
You are now aware that you live in a world, a terrifying world, where there are people right this moment who use terms such as "canon" and "cinematic universe" when talking about films and television shows.
A terrifying world where imagined characters on a screen are required, according to those who discuss them, to adhere to "ground rules" set out by the creators of said-characters. A terrifying world where those that discuss these characters and their actions, are actually enraged if said-characters deviate from the mannerisms expected of them, the mannerisms that may have initially been set in the pages of a comic book.
Think about that. A comic book. For children. Yes, pictures and words on the same page, which are meant to be read by children, that are actually read by adults who then bicker and express their frustration at film-adaptations of these comic books not being "faithful". Faithful to a comic book. That's supposed to be read by young children.
This is your world. This is the world of capeshit. Terrifying, isn't it?
But, I wonder, what is that Freshbee made out of?
When will Flubberposting become a thing? This movie is amazing.

>When will Flubberposting become a thing?
with a shitty enough concept and dedication you can do anything
>>70122306
>tfw I used to watch this at my grandma's who has now passed away and we have sold her house

I'm sorry to hear that anon. I am sure she loved you and knew that you loved her. RIP.
Hey /tv/. I watched this last night, and it's by far the best horror/thriller I've seen for years. I read reviews online and ordinary people say it's boring and bland, has no jump scares, or anything really that horrific.
I agree with the critics, it's a masterpiece. I was wondering - as I'm new to this genre, and also share the same disdain towards trashy horrors - if there's any films similar in theme, storytelling, film direction?
>>70122177
It's fairly unique in many ways. Some people will say The Babadook but I whole heartedly disagree, it comes nowhere close to The Witch. M Night's The Village isn't as good but it is similar enough in setting and theme a little bit that I'd recommend it. It's pretty polarizing but many people like it. The Wicker Man (the original) might be a good follow up as well. I'd also rec Rosemary's Baby and The Shining.
I forgot, Sleepy Hollow is quite good as well.
>>70122177
Lol
I was not prepared for this level of absolute fucking garbage

why was there no liberal outrage over this?
>>70121700
because Tarantino is a liberal so you know it's all satire
>>70121700
>Dear, that Tarantino's boy on the lawn again talking about niggers
>He'll get bored eventually, just better not be taking pictures of your feet again
Because it's a typical QT flick. Everyone loves QT.
Let's have a thread appreciating the beautiful and talented Selma Blair!

>>70120977
Eva Green as Yen.
That's all I know for sure.
>>70120977
The game is too accomplished cinematographically to benefit from a movie adaptation
Yen - Kate Beckinsale
Geralt - Mads Mikkelsen
Triss - Malin Akerman
Ciri - Margaret Qualley
What's the best film to ever win Best Picture?
