As far as plot development and even character development, Brienne has run her course it seems. She always moves the plot backwards not forwards and even when she's involved in a new development she resorts to a previous conflict she had. Even her redemption with Sansa just goes back to her Renly mama drama. Everything in her arc has stagnated to that previous moment. Also she always fails to keep the people she claims she will protect safe.

one time i went apple picking with my girlfriend and her sister and it was raining really hard when we got there so all these people were leaving and shit and we walked into this shack with this big bag of apples to pay for them and this lady is standing there looking left and right like a crazy person and she sees our apples and literally YELLS "ARE THOSE MINE?!" and we're like wtf is wrong with you, we were too stunned to even say anything. i think we just walked away. it doesn't seem like a big deal but every so often i think about that lady freaking out waiting for her apples.
