Aldo won the last fight, one of the p4p greatest of all time, and his loss was a flash where we really didn't see if he was outclassed or not.
It was clear that Conor was balls deep in Aldo's head and he fought emotionally and charged straight into a counter striker. He also didn't take Conor very seriously.
What happened tonight was the opposite. Aldo was emotionless and didn't take any risks whatsoever. Clearly hungry to get his belt back from Conor and was obviously 3-4 levels above Frankie. Frankie was completely picked apart tonight and looked better than Conor when he fought Mendes.
If he can keep Conor out of his head, he is probably a decent favorite.

maybe I'm going off memory and forgetting but it seemed like tate was shooting at the air at that point when Zingano took her down. Also Winslow was probably feeling the pressure off of letting fights go on too long and that mighta been a factor.
At the time it was relevant in the division but it wasn't seen as a big fight so I can see why the small things were overlooked but I remember that as a decent fight where Zingano bested Tate eventually.

Dillashaw is obviously the better fighter now but Assuncao is coming off a long layoff. That fight proved they're both clearly top 3-5 in the division. I never really thought much about assuncao until dillashaw won the title but now everyone's going to have to consider the people they faced in regards to rankings. Dillashaw clearly won that fight but assuncao fought as well as a person who lost 30-27 could to the #2 in the division. So i'm curious what they'll do next in that division. The options are as light as the fighters themselves there.

Depends on your weight class. A lot of TJ's and Cruz's movements in the scramble are flippy and incredibly difficult to pull off at higher limits.
TJ's TDD is good but not where I would point to (Aldo has more polished TDD), as your webm demonstrates getting taken down at will (although Cruz's TD's are world class).
