If you have a winning fight streak going on you get more points, if you beat a fighter who has had a decent win streak (Ronda, Weidman, Pettis Aldo) you get bumped up a lot, more points if it's a KO/TKO instead of a decision, Holly's had 2 decisions so I reckon that's why she's so low.
