I play MUT in Madden 16, I'm a 90 OVR and haven't put any money into the game, although I've had help from friends along the way but nothing that major, just helped me get started.
I did the original journey and the second one and cleared one of the gauntlets, plus I do the weeklys and I've learned how to make money on the auction house. It's addicting but cards don't really retain much value so it's kinda bullshit. That and the pay to win aspect is somewhat relevant, I have a friend with a 94 OVR team and I romp him regularly with my 90 team unless he uses glitch plays or just chews the clock on every down.
H2H seasons is decent but people quit extremely quick and you don't get the full reward for the win as a result, which is annoying.
