I'm almost positive the ban was retroactive in that it officially began the day after his last fight, which was January 31st. So he has more like 2 months left in his ban.
The answer is still no. He'll probably fight one or two more times but it'll probably be more of a Nick Diaz type of thing. He's not going to make a serious run for a title.
