Not even close, scoring goals doesn't make you a good centre back. He constantly makes positional mistakes and is bailed out by refs being too scared of showing him a red card.
Real's defence is consistently underperforming.

CB is easily the most physically demanding position. If you don't have the body for it, you're screwed.
Just tackle a lot and when you get the ball, hoof it to anywhere except your own goal.
Also, racially and physically abuse players, particularly the striker, as he's usually colored and really easy to anger
