Why aren't we buying anyone? Barca is making good moves on the transfer market again, Bayern has amazing, balanced squad and Ancelotti can make them play like they did under Heynckes again, Premier League will be full of great managers and it will be hard to compete with them on the transfer market soon because they'll make so much money from TV, Juve wants to spend big and go for CL win, PSG starts new exciting project...
And what does Perez do? Nothing. Morata, Asensio, Coentrao, really? Please. We need a DM to compete with Casemiro, Kante and Krychowiak were cheap and available, but noooo. Ronaldo is injured + he was already pretty much useless apart from the Wolfsburg game last season, he will be even more annoying now after his injury. This is also the last window to make big moves before the transfer ban.
We should've bought Kante and launched a massive campaign to buy Hazard as a replacement for aging CR, it would be easier to get him thanks to Chelsea not being in CL. A left back would be nice too, but Coentrao is injured so we can't sell him anyway, might as well keep him and use Nacho on LB while he's injured to give Marcelo some rest.
Chelsea was giving crazy money for Morata, who is and always will be mediocre, why not sell him? Make a profit and buy some other striker in his place, maybe Gomez? Good option for a season or two, different player profile than Benzema, could offer new tactical choices for Zizou.
Also sell James if he won't stop being such a spoiled retard. Profit from him and Morata would easily be enough to buy Hazard, striker and DM.
