Object with greater mass will fall faster to a point until it reaches terminal velocity, after that point it's just a matter of time until the lighter object reaches it (assuming they're similar in all other aspects except mass).

I'd wager they're just another means of data processing - its purely anecdotal evidence, sure, but I find that I dream about things quite a bit after I've read/studied about them.

Supposing that the ship he jumps off is already in orbit he'd most likely just enter an orbit himself.
If you're in orbit, you're not going to do anything, a slight push towards Earth will just put you in an eccentric orbit (a retrograde push at apoasis would be more effective but you'd need a cannon rather than some helpful friends). If you're being held in place by giant engines, you'd fare better with a couple of parachutes (a supersonic drogue followed by a larger one to carry you below a fatal impact velocity) than a barrel. Personally, I'd rather have a MOOSE.

Not pain, just a sparkling (I don't know how else to describe it) feeling and then you wake up.
I've never had a dream where I was shot or stabbed. However, when I'm falling asleep, I do hallucinate that bright lights are passing over my eyeballs and I feel the same soreness in my eyes as if they were exposed to real light.

Only if the position something can occupy in space is quantized.
If it moves to some intermediate value during one of the universe's ticks, it just gets pushed to the closest open space. This would also explain why some quantum phenomena seems to have future actions affect the outcomes of prior events. If there's some sort of buffer to sort out conflicts and interactions.
It's obviously inspired by quantization error as we observe it, and probably not the case. But it doesn't reconcile...

Well, a discrete space and time would sort it out, but there's no reason to assume they are described by the Planck units; they're just what we get by multiplying various fundamental constants involved in general relativity with fundamental constants involved in quantum field theory to get an idea of the scale where quantum gravity effects should be large enough to be relevant.

We aren't gonna be able to write it down for you. It's a 1 with 10^30 zeros after it. That is, 1 followed by 1000000000000000000000000000000 zeros. You don't really need to think of the size of a number to work with it though.
