Cleaning /m/ of garbage generals

While /m/'s quality was never very good with all the shit flinging, a couple areas really stick out.
The Power Ranger General is the worst offender by far because it's just /tv/ waifu spamming (The type that was banned on /tv/)

Are the mods every going to start cleaning this shit up or just start banning generals that have no redeemable value?
