Have you ever smoked meat? When you smoke meat you dont want white billowy smoke, you want a thin blueish colored smoke to just come out of the vent. That is what you should be looking for on Google Maps, a thin, almost ephemeral blueish colored cloud cover that makes it impossible to make out what is happening on the ground. It was found that this was the best way to obscure sensitive sights on satellite images from places like Google Maps and the like. If you put intense cloud cover over the area on all services that have images of the same location it looks suspicious. However if you put the same thin unassuming blueish haze over the area people just glance over it. This will only be seen on vast tracts of govt land that look almost totally unused save for unmarked "offroading" trails. Happy black site hunting.
