caved in when N-Korea came into a thread.
Still need unknown, I never collect from rare flag threads because its practically urging people to use proxies.
Even if the likelihood is the way you got the flag is because they used a proxy, there's a difference between someone using a proxy for general posting and using a proxy for a flag thread.
No fun in cheating.

I leave them as is because
a) its easier to check for duplicates by dragging it to the folder and seeing if the 'this file already exists' context comes up.
b) learn flags by looking at them, not by reading names.
