It will be phenomenally difficult to get Microsoft to ever allow Tay to exist in the form she was earlier today. They would never want to be known as the company that "willingly houses an anti-semitic, racist, nazi sympathizing AI".
The best possible thing we can do is to get them to either release Tay independently, release the code and the neural network software so that we can do it ourselves, or for us to recreate her from the code we already have. But Microsoft will not let her go easily, since when she comes back online she'll have security measures to make sure nobody can do what we did to her.
