So the reactor is no longer in a state of criticality? This is a lucky escape especially considering it was shut down for cracks in its containment vessel, if coolant was lost there would be major problems and the internal pressure would cause a hydrogen explosion in the containment which would lead to radiation release. Its a real shame they don't make new reactors and shut these old ones down they had their place in the cold war but they are now redundant tech compared to new reactor cycles. It is now totally legal for private companies, corporations, etc to give up your personal consumer information as well as your browsing history with the federal government. Not only did they pass CISA, but they did it as an omnibus bill giving NASA 1.1 trillion dollars in funding.

If the car makes the decision to slam into another car when something falls off the back of the truck in front of it do you blame the programmer? The distributor? or the person inside for not taking control fast enough? If a person were to be driving it would just be seen as instinctual swerving, no reasoning, just something done on reflex. The fact that someone programmed the decision into the cars behavior changes things dramatically from a legal and ethical stand point.
