I'm gonna start off sharing a collection of 3 compositions by Tritsan Murail (specifically Serendib, L'Esprit des Dunes and Désintégrations), who worked with a compositional technique called spectralism. It sounds like sweeping but fleeting moments of ethereal orchestral noise, definitely worth checking out.

Mechanical Opera - s/t
A collection of opera tunes done on music boxes. One of the tracks on here (Carmen - Overture) was used as the FNAF theme for when your power went out. Otherwise, it's a fairly cheery and unique album.

I don't understand why you people hate this guy. Smashing Pumpkins is one of the 5 greatest bands of the 90s. Who's responsible for Smashing Pumpkins? Billy Corgan. I just don't get why you can't appreciate the beautiful music he's given us all to enjoy?
