Are there any filter (or EQ?) VSTs that noticeably colour the sound?
I'm going for an exaggerated vintage vibe and I've already got some nice reverbs and delays and saturators for it (though saturation recs would be welcome too, currently using tb_Ferox and FerricTDS) so I figured if I could add some character during tonal adjustments as well, that'd be swell.
Btw, I just noticed that for thick saturation it's better to stack effects than to throw all the knobs all the way up on one instance. Keeps it soft even if you get downright stupid with it.
