Neon Indian: half-hearted show when playing in hometown Dallas, opening for Purity Ring. Quit on the show early to go "see his friends".
Grimes: Saw at the first Index Festival, while admittedly only hearing a few of her tracks beforehand. I ended up walking away from her set to poop and buy a beer, still got back for the last few songs. Pretty much pressed the spacebar, sang off key, and danced. Big whoop.

Kings of Leon: At a festival, wasn't looking forward to them at all, went because of friends. Absolutely no thrills during the entire concert.
