i like sigur ros, olafur arnalds, fishmans, emily moore, luciano cilio. stuff that doesn't demand much of your attention.
also i remember reading somewhere that if you put music on that you can understand the words to, part of your brain will subconsciously be focussed on interpreting the lyrics. so i try to use instrumental music or music in languages i don't speak.

I usually listen to something like SunnO)))'s darker stuff. It reflects my feelings and helps me feel through them. However if they aren't into feeding the feelings, then maybe something like Satekoso by Chakra that album is the sound track to having a good time.

Recommend me any of your music. Looking for something new to listen to, old or modern. Here's a bit of my library for reference. Just don't post any rap or country if you can manage that. Some good Psychedelic Rock would be good, other than Sword.

How I see it is that it's meant to alienate the audience. Titles usually help with understanding the purpose of a song, and not being able to read gives a sense of being lost, which ties into the general theme of vaporwave of being dropped in the middle of a strange world (usually a retrofuturistic environment, but not important here). Personally, I wouldn't care if it were written in Japanese, Arabic, or wingdings, but others probably find it A E S T H E T I C, and they are entitled to that so long as I continue to not be able to read my titles.
