Is she the voice of a generation?
No, you're thinking of Halsey.
No

no one really knows her outside /mu/, so no.
The voice of the current generation is probably someone shitty like Adele, maybe MIA or Die Antword to the slightly more alternative crowd.
Grimes is the voice of the shitty taste rejected 4chan manchild generation, thats about it
Daily reminder of what? That this album exists?

What sacred cows do you think are not the perfect albums people make them out to be? And give one reason why.
MPP because it's pleb bait
Freak Out by The Mothers of Invention
it gets a lot of praise for being one of the first double rock albums but most of the material in it is bland doo-wop-ish pop rock that doesn't go anywhere. i think the one good song on there has to be Who Are The Brain Police, and even that has some flaws
Non Rubber Souls Beatles
Death Grips
Rush
Genesis
Yes
Drake
Kanye
Beyoncé
Nirvana / Foo Fighters
Pink Floyd
Led Zeppelin
Can we stop pretending to like these stupid memes?
In you opinion what is the better band and why?
Baroness or Mastodon?
I lean more towards Baroness something about the vocals and music composition just seems to blend together seamlessly .
Different bands
With that said, the last album from Baroness is kuch better than anything Mastodon put out after CtS
first 4 mastodon albums are superior in every way
I still like their recent hard rock stuff but i'm a mastodon fanboy.
Baroness know how to write good verses and pre-choruses, whereas Mastodon is kind of a boring wait for an awesome chorus.

>Still listening to AC/PeePee and not the far superior Motörhead
AC/PeePee completely lost all creativity after Back in Black, and hasn't released anything good since then. The albums have ranged from mediocre hard rock to hilariously simple and repetitive pop rock with extremely simple lyrics (Simple lyrics don't ruin a song, but if the rest of the song is stale, the bad lyrics only make it worse). The song "stiff upper lip" is probably one of the worst offenders. It's hilariously...

Fuck, I forgot you can't spoiler in /mu. You get my point anyway.

I kind of agree with you, Motörhead definitely deserves a place with the biggest hard rock acts. AC/DC is great though.
I need albums that sound like this. Please help.

Kangaroo by Jeff Buckley sounds a little like slint
maybe sweep the leg johnny, polvo, a minor forest,...
you will never find an album just like it though, no one has ever matched their song writing / arrangement

Paul: Yesterday
John: Revolution
George: While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Ringo: Octopus' Garden
Paul: Hey Jude
George: Long, Long, Long
John: Run For Your Life
Ringo: Yellow Submarine
Paul: When I'm 64 (fun fact: John Lennon hated it)

Paul: Band on the run
Lennon: Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds
George: Here Comes the Sun
Ringo: Yellow Sub
