Also Stoned and Dethroned is WAY underrated, great album
Pretty damn influential. They're really underrated. Honey's Dead is really good, Darklands is fantastic, Barbed Wire Kisses is on Psychocandy's level, Munki is pretty good, and Automatic is also good. They got too much shit for changing their sound.

I am an audio editor for the band Green Day and have been since 2009. I was hired half way through the production of 21'st Century Breakdown. I have since worked with them on Uno, Dos, Tre and Xmas Time of Year, their Bside from Tre.
Green Day is indeed coming out with a new album this year, titled "Old and Dirty". It is a more Insomniac-type of album. Heavier music is scattered throughout. Here is the track listing.

Why were there so many bands from the U.K. that found success in the U.S. in the 60s and 70s? It seems for 20 years the music industry was completely dominated by British bands. The Beatles to the Stones; Led Zeppelin to Pink Floyd; The Who to Queen, etc.
