I've recently gotten into Post Rock quite a bit. This genre get's a lot of flac for being pretentious and so on but I'm not fussed.
The hardest part about listening to this genre is finding new albums to listen to that get put under that label. It is a largely varying genre.
I've listened to Godspeed, (current) Swans, Sigur Ros, Slint, Mogwai and so on and I don't know where to go next.

Joy Division, although i'm sad Ian died so young and the way he did because I would've loved to hear more from them. I'm sort of happy it all happened when it did because New Order wouldn't have happened.
