All the stuff innovative stuff he did and all the people he inspired got more famous than him and yet his most viewed video on youtube has barely 69k views.
name some people whom he directly inspired who are more famous than him
also, there are many examples of this

I can't imagine Ferraro breaking into the mainstream. His music is too off-kilter, even his more recent R&B stuff.
ITT: post your favorite album when you were 15 and the anon below you guess what what kind of music you listen to now

ITT: Covers that don't fit the music
I really like the music, I just hate the cover. I associate music with color and Pixies music doesn't really say "brown" to me. I've avoided buying a physical copy because of it.
>Covers that don't fit the music
>One of the songs is literally fucking called "Monkey Gone to Heaven"

do you have autism

op is talking about the color scheme of the cover
and he's right I think, I'd never associate brown with pixies
Was Matangi that bad?
Is Kala that good?
Hype for her next album?
>>63880574
She is my favorite artist, and her best album is Arular. Matangi and Kala are fucking great though, but Kala is kind of a more polished version of Arular, whereas Matangi is a whole different thing
>>63880612
I wouldn't say Kala is a more polished Arular, if anything it's rougher. I think that Kala is worldwide sonically, whereas Arular is worldwide conceptually. Arular's sound is very different to Kala's. I don't think she had the resources to create something like Kala at first try, so we got Arular instead. I ain't complaining though. It's a classic debut.

His voce is actually aged in a pretty good way.

I was really, really hoping it would stop after a few seconds and switch to a rickroll
Hey anon, what do you think about the new album of deftones?
There's six good songs on this thing. Which sucks. Deleted xenon, acid hologram, geometric headdress, Pi and gore. Super disappointing.
>>63880576
>Not liking acid hologram
Do you even have ears?

Name me a more music challenging and boundary pushing album than Trout mask replica.
>>63880357
I don't get why people think this album is musically chalenging. It's just rock in odd rythmns. I love it btw. As for your question OP, i had a really hard time to get thhese albums (really like them now)
>Destroy All Monsters - 74 76
>Sachiko M and the low case gang - Good morning, Good Night
>Faust - s/t
>>63880357
It's unique but I wouldn't call it musically challenging.
Name an album of 2009 that is better than Merriweather Post Pavilion
protip:you can´t
>El-B - The Roots of El-B
>U2 - No Line on the Horizon
I can go on forever. MPP is literally 5/10
Looking for albums from the 00s that are acclaimed, but kind of got over-shadowed in the "internet hype" age and never made the forefront of internet circle-jerking. Pic related and good example of what I mean.
not from the 00s but Bill Callahan - Apocalypse

Why the fuck is Louis Armstrong considered one of the best jazz musicians among Ellington, Parker, Miles Davis and Coltrane? He aint that good.
>>63880108
Stay away from crack. It fucks up your head something fierce.
None of the artists you mentioned would've existed without him.
Louie Armstrong was The Beatles of jazz. Duke Ellington was the Led Zeppelin of jazz.
Parker= Malmateen
Davis= Yes
Coltrane= King Crimson
Now, do you understand?
Why artists posting Frank Ocean Soundcloud link on their Facebook? Ghostface and The Antlers just did it. What's going on?
