Those that learn to pass through that though are the ones that see when they're making a mistake or are advised that they're making mistakes, and seek to correct them.

the twice a day is a vitamin C serum, and it should be very cheap. the aloe vera is to soothe your skin after shaving if you still need to do that, it works better than aftershaves (and also it doesn't have the "triggering" effect that the smell of aftershave does for me)

Loose the weight first, a juice (or juice + no grains if you cant stand just drinking food) diet will get you there. Don't do this if you are super fat though, you want to look better naked than single mums with a post-pregnancy apron :( A good tip is to loose weight slowly (like a pound a week), do lots of yoga and use lots of vit-e cream.
Once you have hit your target weight THEN you start to work on the uptake goals. Besides the body cant loose weight and gain weight at the same time. If you work to 6-12 week cycles (i like 8, but you need to find what is right for you) switching between weight loss and gain you will work with the body's natural metabolic rhythm. If you take some mirifca and palmetto during your uptake phase you will love how feme it will make you.
But I guess it depends how dedicated you are, if this is a weekend thing, just loose weight and buy a wig ;)
