Hi, I'm a biological male and i feel about 70% male and 30% female.
I'm not completely satisfied with my body (I want softer skin, less smell, more sensitive skin/nipples/penis, less (Obvious) body hair, etc.).
How do I change my body to the way I want (while not creating breasts and decreasing my musles, i still want to pass as a guy)?
What hormones do I need? How do I get them? (does taking (half/a quarter of) the birth control pill temporarily work?). Do I have to take them always or for a limited time? What are the side efects? Has anyone done this? Does...

You don't seem to understand how hormone replacement therapy works. Testosterone is really fucking powerful and it needs to be blocked in order for the estrogen to actually do anything.
Your only options are:
>take such a low dose of estrogen that it does literally nothing but waste your money
>take enough to get the effects you want, plus the effects you don't want
You aren't trans regardless though so don't fuck yourself up with hormones.

No it's not, stop spreading misinformation. Testosterone is weak as fuck to put it in your anthropomorphized terms and its main role is to function as a prohormone that converts itself into estrogens or DHT. It's only DHT that's powerful as you say.

you see hormones are an either/or deal: you can either be a buff chiseled manly man with rough hairy skin or a squishy delicate hug pillow with velvet smooth skin and a tiny shriveled soft sensitive dick

So this question is for all those who are MTF or any medfags.
I am going the endocrinologist soon and looking to get on a more advanced HRT regime.
About 6 months ago, I had my oriectomy and was placed on a dermal 0.05mg estrogen patch then.
I have been reading that there is more I should be on.
Namely progesterone and a t blocker still? I have this paranoid feeling my body is still producing horrible testosterone and even dreaded DHT.

Confirmation bias, if you see someone really flamboyant and feminine you assume they're gay. If you see someone really butch and masculine, you assume they're straight. In reality you don't know the sexual orientation of 90% of the people you meet in a day. There are lots of gay men that would never appear "gay" to you unless they disclosed their sexuality.
