I'm a gay guy who met a really nice and friendly looking, cute guy at university. I liked him from the start. He drew hearts on my notebooks and things and later on he told me he was bi. I don't know when I told him I was gay, but he'd just laugh off the flirting with me.
It was a waste of my whole undergrad as he changed girlfriends and later on got serious for about 4-5 years with a girl only to return to his high-school girlfriend, the one he was initially long-distance dating when we first started university.
Straight people don't really care I find.

I figured out today what causes homosexuality and all other gender abnormality. When children are very young they IMPRINT on the dominant figure [and/or figures] in their lives, naturally this has always been the father. For boys and girls this imprinting process has different effects, but it results in normal heterosexual behaviour for both genders. When boys and girls fail to imprint on their father [or in the absence of the father a substitute male figure] and INSTEAD IMPRINT ON A DOMINANT FEMALE they become homosexual/transgender/etc.
