We all know that MtFs and especially FtMs tend not to receive quite the same physical endowments as their cis peers when they go on hormones, in a variety of ways.
Do you know anyone who got lucky and managed in transition to develop far more than expected, or were such a person yourself? It can be something obvious like breasts or musculature, or something less notable but still unusual for an MtF or FtM.
