MtF, 21 y/o
I'm on 200mg spiro and 4mg estradiol, 2months in. Here's all the changes I can report:
- Some muscle loss but not much, lost about 8 pounds of fat and probably some muscle. I would say I have the build of a mid-transition FtM who lifts at this point.
- Occasionally skin will be softer and veins on hands will disappear, only when I'm completely relaxed though
- Feel much less on edge, no trouble falling asleep.
- Much lower energy. Physical activity exhausts me a lot faster.
- Mood Swings, will become depressed randomly, then back to normal, then laughing uncontrollably at the stupidest joke, then normal.
- Recently, drier skin, esp. on my face and hands. Chapped lips too.
Is this normal? Or should I be seeing more changes?
Also what would be the benefits of adding finasteride? Would there be any benefits to using name-brand drugs as opposed to generics?
I've heard goserelin is the best AA, how much does it cost?

As far as the drier skin & chapped lips go, how much water do you drink? My, albeit limited, understanding is that Spiro dehydrates you, so you should be drinking lots of water if you aren't already. I mean like 2 liters at the minimum every day. Diuretics like black tea and coffee don't count and should possibly be counteracted with drinking even more water throughout the day. Aside from that, I dunno. I only started E a week ago myself.

Nothing makes me 'feel like I'm a female'. I hate my male parts/features as they cause me significant distress. This distress is known to the medical community as 'gender dysphoria', or as a term for the condition, 'gender identity disorder'. The only known treatment for gender identity disorder is transitioning.
I've never said 'I feel like I'm a woman' in my life.

I don't "feel female". I just hate my male parts. When I was 8-13 I had non-stop cross gender dreams. I've always felt I am not supposed to be a boy or man, this has been true since my earliest memories.

That's about the reaction I got after going to a trans* group too, OP, minus the stalking. I was just there looking for information about local doctors after moving to the area. If you don't have a good reason to meet them, just avoid trans* groups and people altogether. The point of transitioning is to get to the other side then live a normal, cis life, forgetting about your tranny past. Why would you not want to forget your tranny history?
Tell them to fuck off and block them? Or are they bypassing blocks? Make your fb private?
My girlfriend is trans. She's beautiful and we have tons in common, the sex is amazing. She can fuck like a champion, cum multiple times and is so intune with my body she keeps great pace.
The problem is it's getting harder and harder for me to get her to top, and yesterday I saw she was looking up information on genital reassignment surgery ( tab was left open and we share the computer )
Naturally I'm devastated and talking with her confirms she's at least considering it, so what I'm looking for is ways to convince her not to get it. Any horror stories, pictures of botched surgeries or better yet what kind of tactics I can use to make her doubt. Any trans girls who regret surgery or others who can share what stopped them or makes them not want to do it would be really helpful!
