Transgender is an umbrella term that includes transexuals, crossdressers, transtreders, etc.

If you're transsexual you're always transgender but if you're transgender you're not necessarily a treansexual.

Transexuals are the ones that get srs so you should refer to them as transexuals although you can use transgender too.

I think their way to butt hurt about people not wanting tohave sex with them. Other than that BS they are pretty cool.
