is the 10mm a factory watered down load?
All I can tell you is that Tok ammo is the only thing to give me temporary tinnitus for hours. I shot my CZ-52 twice without earpro and my ears rang for the rest of the night. I haven't had that happen with any of the other cartridges I've shot without protection.
>>30296286
That's actually an interesting question due to the fact both don't have that great defensive ammo choices the way .45 or 9mm have.
Shame too, both are super interesting and have gear potential but 10mm is stuck where it is because people are fine with soft point or hardcast lead and 7.62 Tok is stuck because there aren't many civilian guns chambered for it.
What are the best deadly booby traps I can easily put around my house. Can I get into trouble if someone dies/is injured?
>>30296088
it's illegal to booby-trap your property.
>>30296097
Why? I am literally using it to defend my home.
I just want something that can be activated when I'm not around/awake.
>>30296103
Get a dog, set up cameras, motion activated lights/cameras etc. Setting up booby traps around your house is illegal, and may have unprecedented consequences (kids messing around on your property, a dog running around etc. getting their legs blown off).
What does /k/ think of this?
http://allindiaroundup.com/india/indian-armys-future-soldier-program-will-make-our-soldiers-the-most-feared-on-the-planet/
A country’s projection of power relies in large part upon its military capabilities. Successfully being able to project and wield that power is a key diplomatic asset. The army with the best soldiers prevails. While the American, Russian and Israeli soldier battle-gears are known around the world as the most advanced, the Indian Army’s two-phase ‘Future Soldier’ program, earlier known as F-INSAS (Future Infantry Soldier As A System), will make our soldiers the most fiercely equipped soldiers on the planet.
F-INSAS has been taken up to equip Indian infantry with advanced weaponry, communication network and instant access to information on the battlefield. This program is similar to the future soldier programs of other nations. F-INSAS includes a fully networked all-terrain, all-weather personal-equipment platform, enhanced firepower and mobility for the digitalised battlefield of the future. The weight carried by soldiers will need to be reduced by at least 50%.
The fully integrated Infantry of tomorrow will be equipped with mission-oriented equipment integrated with his buddy soldier team, the sub-unit, as also the overall C4ISTAR represents C4 (command, control, communications, computers) and ISTAR (intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance) system. The intention of this program is to equip the soldier to ensure a dramatic increase in his lethality, survivability and mobility while making the soldier “a self-contained fighting machine”
The Indian Army has decided to divide the Future Infantry Soldier As a System (F-INSAS) program in favor of two separate projects. The new program will have two components – one arming the modern infantry soldier with the best available assault rifle, carbines and personal equipment such as the helmet and bulletproof vests and the second component is the Battlefield Management Systems (BMS). The bifurcation has been done on account of the budgetary convenience.
Under this, our ‘special forces’ commandos will be loaded with the world’s best under-barrel grenade launcher assault rifles, carbines and hand grenades. They will be protected with equipment such as non-flammable, waterproofed, hard ballistic protected and bulletproof helmets, visors and vests. The new attire will enable commandos to carry extra loads and resist the impact of nuclear, chemical, radiological, and biological warfare. The uniforms will also be fitted with external and internal oxygen supply, fire-proof knee and elbow pads and hand gloves and laser eye protection goggles.
Our commandos will be equipped with Palmtop GPS navigation devices, world’s most advanced satellite phones, Thermal Imager, Integrated Multifunction Sight Device Night Vision Equipment, Laser Range-Finder, Digital Magnetic Compass, Colour Charge-Coupled-Device (CCD) Camera, Integrated Electro-Optical Surveillance, Fire Control Systems and advanced GPS receivers. And he list of sensors our soldiers will be carrying is just mind blowing – infrared sensors, electro-optical sensors, thermal sensors, spectroscopic sensors, electromagnetic and radio frequency sensors. What’s even better is that this entire kickass technology is weatherproof and all-terrain tested.
The program strongly relies on the indigenous DRDO-led development of this technology with massive support from Israel. Once equipped with tech and advanced weaponry, ISF will be able to operate virtually in any and every sort of battle scenario.

Hypothetically /k/ if the AWB was to return would battle rifles fall under its umbrella or would they stay unrestricted?
>>30296038
Depends. Things like m1 grarand might be ok because it's top fed through clips that only hold 8 rounds. Something like the m14 would probably be a different story.
They would probably go full retard and say anything semi automatic is now an assault weapon and needs to be turned in and destroyed.
Dosn't matter. No one will obey such a ban. I know I won't.

Shit thread btw.
Rimfire is useful, think of how much practice you get with 22lr. That practice transfers over when you get a real gun with a real caliber
How do you feel about sarin and mustard gas?
We have better gasses these days, so why would we bother?
There's no reason to touch those things when you have VX

I told you fags this would happen and it's only the beginning. Republicans, the NRA, Donald Trump are all opportunists and will take your rights at the drop of a hat. This is precedent and only the beginning of the end.

Under what visas am I legally allowed to buy firearms in the US? t: europoor
You either need a permanent resident status or a hunting license. Read a book nigger, specifically books on firearms and immigration.
https://www.atf.gov/qa-category/nonimmigrant-aliens
if you're here legally, you can get a hunting permit, which is enough to buy rifles and shotguns.

Green card nigga.
Hello friends,
I happened to have a couple questions for anyone that can answer about soft armour.
Are you able to wear a soft vest under a plate carrier?
Are the cuts of Kevlar different in soft vests than the ballistic sheets in a plate carrier; do they offer more protection?
Has anyone had any experience with LBT's slick carrier?
Thank you in advance.
>>30295254
I'll try and help.
>Are you able to wear a soft vest under a plate carrier?
You could, but it would be bulky. You'd be better off finding an armor carrier that can hold plates as well.
>Are the cuts of Kevlar different in soft vests than the ballistic sheets in a plate carrier; do they offer more protection?
Yes. There are several different cuts for soft armor. Most are proprietary, but there are a couple of military standards and there are soft backers, which are designed to back up an in conjunction with plate in a plate carrier.
As you can imagine the different cuts offere different levels of coverage. Some cover almost the entire torso. Others are really just the chest/back with little "wings" to cover the your sides.
Has anyone had any experience with LBT's slick carrier?
Can't help you here.
tl;dr: decide how much soft armor coverage you want and get a carrier with an integrated plate pocket.
US Marshal with a soft vest under an LBT 6094
Yes you can throw a plate carrier over soft armour. Doing that will increase threat protection. Cops do it all the time. They wear soft armor (usually level 2 or 3a) and have a plate carrier to throw on when the threat requires more protection.
How much demand do you suppose there is for a real working replica China Lake pump-action 40mm grenade launcher? Or is the tax stamp a dealbreaker?
>>30295183
>Or is the tax stamp a dealbreaker?
>tax stamp
you don't get how this works do you?
>>30295198
It's a destructive device.
I'd buy one. Hell, I was looking for a 40mm DD for a while but they're either shit tier or cost thousands and thousands.
I'm an autist though, they wouldn't sell much.
>We, along with our licensed importer (years of expierence doing import work) have located 12 (9 sold so far) German Leopard 1 main battle tanks. Currently located at a secure facility in Europe. They are all in excellent complete running condition. 105 mm main guns are in tact (proper demil would take place prior to import). Interior is good. These need nothing.
>We can have these shipped to the port of your choice in the US. Shipping will range from 8-12k depending on location of the port. Proper demil of the main gun is included in the shipping cost. Tank weighs approximately 40 tons.
>$125,000 each

Is this a good deal?
>>30295159
americans can buy german military grade tanks with some downgrading which they are allowed to undo while us germans aren't even allowed to carry a knifes of a certain length
>it hurts to live in germanistan
>>30295171
Then again you don't have 50 people being shot dead.
>>30295159
If you want a Leopard 1, sure. Not sure why you'd want one though. An IFV or APC would be more fun for general fuckery and when SHTF, a Leo1 isn't going to be worth much against anything.
Might be a retarded question. Say you live in a commiestate that is scared of tactical assault detachable magazines. Would it be possible to develop a magazine that is permanently attached to your weapon, say like a boolit button mag, but can be fed clips from the bottom?
i want a clip-fed AR-15
>>30295069
See, that was my thought exactly. Goes around retarded laws, but you can still feed your babykiller on the go.
