how can you convince an european to die in case of war¿
You don't have to convince them. They surrendered their weapons so they can skip the war and go right to being conquered.
>>28297532
That is incorrect, a European will fight and die in the name of Allah.
>>28297532
>needing something other than yourself to fight for
What is more effective? Dubble arrow or singel arrow shots?
TRIPPLE ARROW
Are you even trying?

Is it true that firestorms (as in the weather phenomenon) that occurred during the bombings of Hamburg and Dresden were deliberate outcomes and not just a happenstance result of fire bombing? Postwar accounts, especially Allied sources, seem to allude to this, though not all firebombings resulted in firestorms.
Did war planners really have both the understanding of the combustion physics and meteorological prerequisites that would be needed to deliberately spark these specific kinds of conflagrations?
>The weather, unusually hot and dry for this part of Germany, provided near perfect atmospheric conditions for what turned into a city-consuming cyclone of fire. Within twenty minutes after the raid began, a column of turbulent, heated air rose more than two and a half miles into the night sky. Superheated air raced through the city at speeds in excess of 150 miles per hour, sending terrified people scurrying to air raid cellars, their shirts and dresses lit up like torches. Inside the shelters, thousands suffocated as the voracious fire sucked oxygen out of the atmosphere. The bodies of other victims were baked and reduced to ashes by radiant heat. “It was as though they had been placed in a crematorium, which was indeed what each shelter proved to be,” said a secret German report. “The fortunate were those who jumped into the canals and waterways and remained swimming or standing up to their necks in water for hours until the heat should die down.” That night, the oily water in the industrial canals caught fire and people trapped there “became insane,” said one witness.
>In shelters hit by fire sticks - small, highly lethal incendiary bombs - children “yelled like animals,” reported a witness. “One woman next to me took a knife and cut her child’s wrists. Then she cut her own, and slipped down on her, calling out: ‘Darling, my darling, we shall soon see Daddy now.’”
>The brains of fire victims fell from their burst temples and tiny children “lay like fried eels on the pavement. Even in death,” said a witness, “they showed signs of how they must have suffered—their hands and arms stretched out as if to protect themselves from that pitiless heat.”
>The fire storm, the first ever created by bombing, was a deliberate act, achieved by a lethal combination of high-explosive and incendiary bombs. Enormous 4,000-pound blast bombs were then dropped into the inferno to blow craters in the roads in order to impede the firefighters.

Looking at getting a sig p238 in .380 acp for the wife. Anyone have any experience with it?
>>28297199
Bought one for mine.
She likes it for carrying. Small, light, unobtrusive. Its a little snappy on recoil, but not harsh. More to do with the small frame.
Make sure she can rack the slide, show alternate ways of gripping if needed.
>>28297199
I've carried a p238 daily for almost three years now. It conceals like a dream, I frequently forget it's there at all.
Shooting it is pleasant, not at all snappy unless you're shooting hot defensive loads, and even then it's fun, not painful.
The slide is incredibly easy to rack, nobody should have any difficulty doing so, even the most noodly-armed of people.
Some things to watch out for: Make sure your chosen ammo chambers properly every time. Lehigh Xtreme Penetrator/Defense, despite being one of the best .380 rounds available, tends to hang on the slide when chambering the first round.
Also make SURE you detail strip and clean it thoroughly. The small, light hammer doesn't smash down with the most authority, and you can get light strikes if you let lube gum up the firing pin after the gun starts getting dirty. At that point, a simple field strip and cleaning isn't good enough.
Nearly had a heart attack when I started getting regular failures to fire on my last two range trips--a regular cleaning and change of ammo didn't fix it. Took it fully apart and cleaned out the firing pin channel, and it was chock full of black shit. I could even hear it grinding when pushing on the firing pin with a punch... Definitely something to be aware of.
Other than that, great fucking little gun.
>>28297199
I got the p238 for her, and the p938 for me.
Get the p938.
Easy to handle in 9mm, more power, and cheaper to plink.
Picked up my newest M39 yesterday. This was my first time doing business with Classic, I ordered hand select.
Numbers matching, bluing looks great, stock is nice but was fucking full of cosmoline, minimal patina.
Any other anons order M39's from classic's most recent batch?
post your mosins.
Took it to the range today for the first time in like 6 months
Send em back goy-g-guys.

If a similar robbery took place today how do you think the robbers would be armed?
Do you think they would even stand a chance against todays police?
>>28297018
>LAPD
They would have been shot years ago (probably before even committing a crime)
>>28297018
Depends on the region, but the police departments in most major cities are generally just as heavily armed as the army if they need to be.
>>28297018
Seeing as patrol cars carry ARs now, and the big issue was not being able to effectively incapacitate them with shotguns and pistols, they'd be ded.
So after hearing how a friend of hers was mugged my sister finally got a cc permit. She's got her heart set on this thing. It's .380 acp 6+1. I've already offered to give her a .38 spec + ammo and she rejected it on the grounds of "I don't want that." How do I convince her that this dinky thing isn't the way to go? And if I can't convince her, is this thing even going to help in altercation?
Tl;Dr my sister wants a meme gun for cc. How do I tell her to quit being retarded without saying "You're retarded"?
Shoot her with it and when she shrugs it off your point is proven
Take her to a range. Rent a Shield 9mm and some .380s.
Tell her to get something with actual sights at least
A lot of people here will talk on how they'd equip a force, how they'd train soldiers, and what piece of equipment is best for a given task, but I feel like /k/ very rarely discusses what I consider the most important aspect of any fighting force: Logistics and Supply. After all, all the fancy equipment in the world and training and experience of a thousand battles counts for nil if you can't keep a force supplied with fuel, food, and ammo for an extended period of time.
So instead of asking how you'd put together a militia or force for operating in a specific theater of war, I'm going to ask what steps would /k/ take to simplify the task of resupplying a small force, say roughly a brigade of 3,000 soldiers stationed within a small area far away from local supply chains. Their task is to hold a small, strategically important evacuated village located on a mostly flat, wooded area roughly 8 sq. KM in size from an unknown force, for an unknown length of time. No support from outside forces will be provided (So no air force can be called in, nor additional brigades or divisions.). The defending brigade will receive supplies from two trucks or equivalent delivery of 4000 kg, dispatched from an unknown location, every week -- 4000 kg is the maximum weight of any single weekly supply trip. Supplies must be requisitioned a month in advance, so plan accordingly on what you'll need to keep on hand. Replacement soldiers can be requisitioned as well, and count against the weight limit for supplies.
What equipment would you arm the soldiers with to create the best balance between upkeep and resupply vs fighting effectiveness? Keep in mind cost of supplies, weight limits, and the amount of time equipment can remain in fighting condition in the field before needing repairs or replacements. Attempt to keep the resupply requests as light as possible.
>>28296687
That's why Russia wins everytime.
>>28296687
wouldnt the opfor just surround the village? You need to give a rough estimate as to the enemy disposition otherwise nothing can be planned.
>>28296687
That's a really good question, but honestly more time and thought than I'm willing to put into a 4chan post right now, but I'll save it and look at it another time.
Hello,
Just wanted some thoughts on the px4 storm it appears to have very solid reviews in the civil market but when it comes law enforcement they appear to prefer things like glocks. Any ideas why? Its primary purpose is for carry and home defense if it matters

Are Iraqi Police really that incompetent?
>>28296563
Without even having read the article. Yes. Yes they are.
>>28296574
It's not an article, it's a video. Pretty funny one at that
>>28296563
Better question is if there are any Iraqi Police or Army that are competent?
So, I just built my first raifu based on the the recent posts about 300BLK and went out and bought my first batch of ammo. I bought 3 boxes of Remington UMC 220g subsonic to test out my rifle and when I got home to load the ammo it looked like shit to me.
I've only ever handled pistol ammo, but this box says "factory fresh brass" on the back, but this doesn't look like factory fresh anything to me. The bullets look old and tarnished and have these deep groves in them, the brass looks tarnished and has black sticky shit all over them, and worst of all, almost all of the rounds have a dent in the exact same spot right on the shoulder, which you can see on the second piece of ammo in pic related, which my friend says looks like second fired brass that got dented from hitting the shell deflector on an AR-15 while being ejected.
I called the store I bought it from and they said all ammo sales are final and that I would have to contact the manufacturer.
Is this shit normal or did I just get 60rds of garbage? Why does it say "factory fresh brass" but almost all the brass looks like fired brass? Why are the all the bullets scored with these deep grooves? Why is everything tarnished and has black sticky shit on it?
>Also, 300BLK thread.
>Remington
There's your problem
>>28296500
im not sure why this ammo looks jacked up, but i've shot thousands of rounds of 223 and never had a dented shoulder from hitting the deflector. plus, so much brass is trimmed off, the shoulder is no longer the shoulder.
either way, contact the manufacturer and see what the excuse is
>>28296500
Yeah, that dent is from hitting the deflector, those are definitely reloads. If you can get someone knowledgeable at the store to believe you (not some counter monkey), they may give you a refund.
Only thing I can think of is someone took out the good ammo from the box and swapped in their shitty reloads, probably at the store.
I would suggest opening the box and taking a quick look at the ammo before buying, that's what I do for anything that's not steel case

Yes, please spend hundreds of thousands, minimum, to cut up my otherwise healthy body to insert insanely expensive things to barely augment anything. Because, boy, do I love extremely invasive and risky surgeries as opposed to exercise and tuning my body other ways.
