My OC is Jemɛnjjoljh Monä [IPA: (ˈje.ˈmɛ.ˈɲɔʎ ˈmɔ.ˈnæ)], a 18-year-old girl who's straight outta Visetjķaj [IPA: (ˈvi.ˈsec.xaj)], a medium-sized town that lies west of Alpanux [IPA: (ˌal.pa.ˈnu)]. She goes to Alpanux to start a new life, until she's end up near some fighting arena somewhere in the poorest district of Alpanux.

i don't think you'll have much luck finding any information on that image. unless you somehow find the person who made that.
i'd say your best bet is to, depending on how well you know your software's brush engine, try and create a brush that looks similar to that.

I just realized now how fun this can be. I did not bother putting a legend on mine. This is Cat pit Island. Above it, is cannibal loli island and in-between, Anal prod rock point. On Cat pit island, there is a place you can rent a cute house for very cheap. There's a bunch of random dog statues standing around for some reason. We have a scary castle surrounded by fruit trees and the world's greatest donut bakery. At cat pit academy, you can study anything you want, for free. There's a giant pit next to it with the cat island god, who claws anyone who ventures near the pit, never to be seen again. Then there's the town and shops and a scary abandoned cat shaped lab full of mysteries.
