- it's not a game as much as it is a click-through text.
- the amount of negative Reviews on this game (even in the form of irony in positive-marked reviews) is astounding.
- the circumstances that allowed this "game" and it's creator, ZQ, to get noticed enough to get through Greenlight are more than dubious.
- the official reviews from gaming journalists are misleading or at the very least not accurate
- the "game" uses a serious illness as advertisement for itself
- while the "game" itself is free, the creater ZQ still earns lot's of money through controversial means and possible fraud.
