Then rap, changed. The rap that was on the radio was all about materialism, fucking bitches and glorifying murder. Bragging it in rhyme. Little Wayne was the nail in the coffin regarding my interest in modern hip hop culture.
I believe that there is no good hip hop anymore and that there hasn't been any for at least 10 years. This belief is entirely based upon ignorance, because I haven't listened to any of the hip hop music that has been released during that period of time. After Little Wayne, I've just always assumed it sucked.
