work out your whole body.
more muccle mass you have, the more fat you burn at rest.
pretty much dont starve your self, but try and eat more moderate portions.
work on building muccle with lifting weights
and work on your cardio with running.
do this for 6 monthes min. while eating proper and making sure you get about 120-150 grams of protine a day.
phase two, you have built on alot of muccle and not burned of alot of fat.
this is where you see the real magic. this is where you figure out a diet plan for your height and expected weight.
at this stage both the weight lifting and cardio are still important.
because you have spent the 6 monthes previous building muccle you will burn fat so quick.
tl;dr more muccle means more burned callories a day. work on building muccle. worry about the fat later.
