Harpoonanon here. I have lost 26 pounds since I've started my diet, over the last 25 days, I now weigh 214 from 240.
I took advice from other anons and increased caloric intake to 1200-1400 a day and still do moderate excercise.
Still gotta long way to go but I'm happy with how it's going so far and I'm still determined and inspired to lose weight.
Here's how I was.
