Okay /b/, usually I'm all right for guessing human interactions, but this one leaves me puzzled, and I can't really speak about it for some reasons.

Tutoring has been great. She significantly improved, is more motivated. She is a perfect student and we have a lot of fun while tutor sessions.

Now, I know she had a little crush on me last summer (the same friend told me that) but I thought it was only rumors.
I'm a little lost as to what to do.

Doesn't sound like it's really your problem, unless it severely affects your pupil pool. Realistically, what's said has been said, and it shouldn't affect you after a few weeks, when most of it has been forgotten.
With regards to the girl, 16-22 isn't terrible, depends on your country but I wouldn't consider it too deep into creep territory. So do what you wish.
