570 KB,
Hello /an/, it's me again. The guy with the friend who's conspiring to fuck a bird. Some new developments were made today, we were able to talk for a little while when I got off work.

Michael: How are you?

Me: I'm fine, just got off work so I'm waiting for the bus. And you? I have about half an hour to kill.

Me: What are you up to?

Michael: I'm on a forum

I then asked him if it was the forum we have in common, not revealing that to 4chan.

Michael: No, a zoo forum. To learn and educate.

Me: Learn what,...

the only reason bestiality is illegal is because animals can't concent. if an animal is consenting then there's no moral issue.
>>
>>2071310
But the thing is Anon, animals can't consent to humans. Not until they can speak English anyway. Zoofags will use "body language" as an excuse, but I'm afraid that's not good enough.

I'm also interested in the forum he was talking about, and why it hasn't been seized by the authorities. Bestiality is illegal in most civilized western countries, the US and the UK for sure. He lives in Manchester.
>>
>>2071311

Not good enough for the law yes, I agree. But in some cases they will be correct. As you said they can't speak English - so your argument that they are not consenting is only as valid as the zoofags.

it'd be nice. I could sell the eggs at a nice markup because I live in a gentrified area and the people here would cream their pants at the thought of "freshly-laid local organic" eggs.

I want them and I'm gonna have them, but I need to prep my back garden first; setting up where the permanent coop is going to go, improving the fencing, making sure there's rodent proof storage for the food, etc.
I've wanted to keep them for like a decade, but have always been in a rental situation and not really able to do so.
Just bought a house and hoping this is my forever home though, so I'm not in too much of a rush any more.

4 MB,
This cat had its eyes scooped out as the result of a selective surgery at the owners request.

Because it wouldn't be "docile".

What do you guys think? Should cosmetic surgery like this be banned?

This happened in a 2nd/3rd world country that shall remain nameless.

This is the soil I used for my 1.5, Its been running for 3 months, Currently has 1-2 MTS, and 3 different Crypts, I think the foreground one is Wenditi?,the tall one is Retrospiralis(?, although might be some kind of Val with how big it is), and parva? in the back. They were all bought as different times with basic labels. Also a Banana plant. I need to find a good piece of hardscape when the thaw hits, and maybe some shrimp or a CPO? My lighting is just a 3w led desk lamp. Other nutrient additions are Seachem Excel, Iron and Flourish and the dirt was seeded with Osmocote +.

Alright senpai, I've had a tank for like 1 month (this is a 4gallon) and it currently has a few live plants and two "starter" cloud minnows that my locally owned pet store gave me to aid in cycling.

Now the first time I checked the water I had level 4 ammonia, which was too toxic, but perfect everything else. 2 weeks later I go back to the pet store (they give free water checks) and now my ammonia is perfect and my nitrates are off the charts.

I've been doing 20% water changes everyday and following the printed guide they gave me, but how long...

No. If I don't identify myself I ask the owner what the sex is. You're just insecure about looking at animal genitalia.
>>
No dude, no. You're giving it away.

You have to correctly sex the dog, otherwise the owner will think you messed up on purpose. He's expecting you to intentionally mess up.

That's why you need to ironically be right.
>>
>>2069626

this, when someone gets the sex wrong, I assume they did it intentionally and are a creeper

though when someone gets the sex right, I assume they are trying to hide the fact they are a creeper, and are thus a creeper

Sometimes in the middle of the night, my dog barks in his crate. It's not problematic because he stops pretty soon after he starts, but it's creepy as hell. Any suggestions forgetting him to stop?

How is that creepy?
Anyway, completely 100% ignore it at all costs.

Sorry, first dog. It's just so sudden, and it makes me think he's barking at something, but I'm not sure what. I play the radio for him while he's trying to sleep, and I ignore his barking, but I guess it's not too much of an issue if he stops.

What do you goys think about adopting a retired racing greyhound?

Any experience with this?

164 KB,
Hey /an/. I've become curious about tortoises recently. How smart are they? I don't intend to teach one tricks or anything, but can they be socialized with? Are they interested in any toys or games? Do they like human contact at all, or are they one of those animals that doesn't really have any business being a pet but people like having "exotic" animals so now they're everywhere?

Also, tortoise/turtle/terrapin/miscellaneous armored reptile thread, I guess.

>>2070526
No. They can learn to associate you with food and come towards you, but there is nothing else they feel about humans.
>>
Some people will tell you "reptiles aren't capable of complex emotions" and try to back it but by saying "muh reptilian brain" but they're wrong. Tortoises are very capable of forming an emotional bond with their keeper.
>>
>>2070576
They don't even form bonds with their own kind, fuck off.
