Nope not them. I just find it really heart breaking and it really kills my motivation to draw for these threads when people who just want to draw are told to wait until Sunday night if they want to draw. And for many people that's not a feasible thing to do.
Even the whole "just say to rerequest" is just telling them they're not good enough to be considered a delivery. And at that point why bother drawing at all? Plus the good requesters never rerequest anyways so this only encourages the greedy requesters.
