Kakine is about to start his operation in Vol 15, Rakko was keen to get back at Frenda (even thinks they are somehow friends now, the poor lonely thing), but Kakine shoots her proposition down, choosing to prioritize the Tweezers mission. She then storms off. Kakine comments they can find many replacements for the likes of her.
The scene then cuts to a week later, Frenda is no doubt dead by now. Saten is seen unknowingly waiting for her to show up for dinner. She texts Frenda, but does not receive a response. After she hears a knock and excitedly opens the door, she finds Uiharu in a cast instead. Saten then sadly remarks she made too much dinner and invites her in for some.
Man I feel really bad for Saten. She was very down throughout the ordeal.

Accelerator shooting the teleporter for example happens in some abandoned airport if I remember, and besides a few cases like Girl in The Dress chasing Mugino in a crane and Accelerator and Kakine's fight it's not the most flashy thing out there. There's also probably some program by Aleister to stop internet flow from sending pictures of the events or discussion of it when it is seen.
