It's "published" online, so there isn't any real deadline/serialization contract behind it.
When there is enough material it gets collected in a tank and then published on paper, but that's it, not a real serialization.
So has Jojo spiked in popularity cause of the recent anime or has it always been this big? Like this year was seriously when I had just discovered about Jojo.

It gives a nice and complete outline of the body without showing loads of skin, so it's more of a subtle sexy than a look at me bikini.
