So, generally speaking, 2d cute girls can get away with some really heinous behavior on account of comedy or being a cute girl.
I'm not talking about tsunderes beating up the MC or being unreasonably violent, or bitchy for comedic effect.
I'm talking about characters who may do funny or cute things from time to time, but are at their core evil. Their antagonism is not out of spite, or overreaction, but from genuine malice.
e.g.
dokuro chan or louise smacking around their MC around is one thing
Umaru chan being a generally horrible person is another
To reiterate; not brats or bitches, we're talking straight up bad people.
