The Little Ice Age was entirely natural, and guess what? It led to crop failure, economic stagnation, and even population decline.
This argument would be like going to a concert hall, which is then struck by lightning and catches on fire. Some people would be saying "we need to get out of the building unless we want to choke to death!", but you refuse to budge and say "well since this fire wasn't caused by man-made conditions, there's no need to do anything about it. We're fine the way it is."
