In my opinion, probably not, but it really comes down to how much you like the guys at the lodge.
If it's super disorganized, that really points to no one taking an active leadership role, so you can expect it to take a long time to get your petition to join read and voted on, expect to miss meetings because no one tells you when they're happening, and at worst expect the lodge to run into financial troubles because no one's managing the rent and dues properly.
If they have a set, once a week meeting type of schedule, like most lodges, you should be alright, but if they don't even have that it's a major red flag (and, depending on the by-laws of your state, might point to them being irregular).
The main thing to know is that Masonry is kinda what you want it to be. Wanna go hang out with your boss and some friends? Go for it. Want to actually experience Masonry and really enjoy it? You're looking at a time and money commitment, and you're gonna want to be around Masons who are enough on the ball to walk you through it.
In short, I would recommend talking to them about it first, express an interest, and then see if your stuff is sorted enough to get involved. I find that personally Masonry made my life better, but again, you do need the time to put into it.
